After return approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial services.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
