    • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.

  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

  • If the product meets our return conditions, your return will be approved.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing items.


💰 4. Refund Policy

  • After return approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial services.

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


🔄 5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect or different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including delivery charges if applicable.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
